Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026. By creating an account on MyFlexo you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MyFlexo sells social media promotion services such as followers, likes, views and members. We never ask for your password. You give us a public link or username, and delivery starts automatically.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep the account or post public until the order completes. Private, deleted or changed links can't be delivered and are not refunded.
• Don't place two orders for the same link and service at the same time. Counts mix up, and we can't tell which order delivered what.
• Use the services in line with each platform's own rules. Results and how a platform treats them are outside our control.

3. Delivery times

Average times shown on each service are estimates based on recent orders. Busy periods can be slower. An order that has started cannot be canceled.

4. Refunds

• If an order is canceled by the system or delivers only part of the quantity, the undelivered share is refunded to your MyFlexo wallet automatically.
• Wallet balance is not refunded to your bank or UPI, except where the law requires it.
• Services marked "No refill" are not refilled or refunded if counts drop after completion. Services with a refill period are refilled free within that period from My Orders.

5. Payments

Deposits are added after we verify the transaction ID or transaction hash. Submitting a fake or reused reference closes the account.

6. Resellers and referrals

Store owners set their own prices and are responsible for their own customers, including payments those customers make to them. Referral commissions are paid on completed orders of the customers you invite and can be moved to your wallet or withdrawn above the minimum. Self-referrals and fake accounts are not paid.

7. Privacy

We store your name, email, username, orders, payments and basic visit data (pages viewed, device type, how you found us) to run the service and stop abuse. We don't sell your data. Passwords are stored encrypted. You can ask support to delete your account at any time.

8. Changes

Prices and services can change. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.
